Note: GB-18030 and BIG5 both support ASCII character sets.
The default EZ320 Encoding is GB-18030. To print Traditional
Chinese, use ENCODING BIG5 command. See below for font
and encoding selection as well as examples.

• Encoding Command: GB18030 (default)
