To enter special characters, touch and hold a number or symbol key to open a menu of additional symbols.
• A larger version of the key displays briefly over the keyboard.
• Keys with alternate characters display an ellipsis ( ... ) below the character.
Applications
The APPS screen displays icons for all installed applications. The table below lists the applications installed on the
WT6000. Refer to the WT6000 Integrator Guide for information on installing and uninstalling application.

Icon Description
App Gallery - Provides links to utilities and demonstration applications that can be installed on the
WT6000.
Battery Manager - Displays battery information, including charge level, status, health and wear level.
Bluetooth Pairing Utility – Use to pair the RS6000 Hans-free Imager with the WT6000 by scanning
a bar code.
Browser - Use to access the Internet or intranet.
Calculator - Provides the basic and scientific arithmetic functions.
Calendar - Use to manage events and appointments.
Clock - Use to schedule alarms for appointments or as a wake-up.
Contacts - Use to manage contact information.
DataWedge - Enables data capture using the imager.
