ES400 battery is not
recharging.
ES400 was
removed from the
cradle too soon.
Replace the ES400 in the cradle. The 4800 mAh battery fully
charges in less than six hours.
Battery is faulty. Replace the battery.
No power to
charger.
Ensure that power is applied to the charger. The Battery Status
LED flashes amber to indicate that the battery is charging.
ES400 is not placed
correctly in the
cradle.
Remove the ES400 from the cradle, and re-insert correctly. If the
battery still does not charge, contact customer support.
The ES400 battery charging LED slowly blinks amber when the
ES400 is correctly inserted and charging.
Ambient
temperature of the
cradle is too warm.
Move to an area where the ambient temperature is between 0
o
C
and 35
o
C.
Vehicle Cradle is
not functioning
properly.
Replace the Vehicle Cradle.
