General tab
The General tab includes company contact details and basic options on how POS deals with the Accounts company
 le.
You can change the company  le name from the General tab by clicking Change.... This is only required if you
have changed your Accounts company  le. However, it is not recommended to change to a completely separate
Accounts company  le as this may lead to data corruption. To perform a change Accounts must be in single-user
mode and you need to open the database you want to change. You must also perform an end of day on each POS
Terminal and then post the data before a change to the database is made.
If you use this Change button to update your Accounts data  le path you will lose any
promotions that you have set up.
