Getting support
The computer is turned on•
The monitor is on•
All the leads are rmly plugged into the sockets at the back of the PC•
The keyboard doesn’t function
Check that the keyboard is rmly plugged into the correct port.
If you have a standard keyboard and your number pad is not working, check that the Num Lock light is on. If not,
press the Num Lock key.
The scanner isn’t working
Check the following:
Check the connection at the PC•
Check that the scanner has power•
Check the setup in POS•
