Working with Appointment Manager
If you have integrated your Table Manager and Appointment Manager and waitlisted
appointments, these appointments will not be available if you turn o the integration. Also,
if you have been using Appointment Manager and waitlisted appointments and turn on the
integration with Table Manager, these appointments will no longer be available.
(Optional) Making table reservations with Appointment Manager
To make reservations for tables that you set up in the Table Manager using the Appointment Manager, you need to
enable the integration between the Table Manager and Appointment Manager in POS Administrator (refer to page
185). Once the integration has been enabled, the Appointment Manager will show table reservations and you will
not be able to view your appointments.
When not in a transaction you can make table reservations in the Appointment Manager.
To make a table reservation in Appointment Manager when you are not in a transaction:
Click the 1. Appointment Manager function key.
The Appointment Manager window opens.
Click 2. New Reservation.
The New Reservation window opens.
Enter the required information about the reservation in the 3. New Reservation window and click OK.
The reservation is set and you are returned to the Appointment Manager window. The reservation that you just
made appears in the grid.
