Making appointments
Appointments are made in POS Terminal using the Appointment Manager window. You can only make
appointments when POS is not in a transaction.
To nd a time or day slot that is free at a certain time for a future appointment, navigate and scroll through the time
and date in the appointment grid using the buttons and scroll bar. Once you know which time and date to book,
click the time slot in the appointment grid, then click New Appointment. Here you can set up the appointment
details, with a Notes eld for any special requests.
When you return to the Appointment Manager window, you can view which time and dates have been booked for
your customers in the appointment grid.
For step-by-step instructions on how to make an appointment, refer to POS Terminal in-product Help.
