Working with Appointment Manager
Using Appointment Manager
This section explains the basics of using Appointment Manager. For step-by-step instructions, refer to the POS
Terminal in-product Help.
Appointment Manager is ready to use when you have completed the following:
Enabled appointment manager (in POS Administrator)•
Set up Sales Reps (in Accounts or in POS Administrator) or integrated with Table Manager•
Added the Appointment Manager function key (in POS Terminal)•
Opening Appointment Manager
The Appointment Manager window opens displaying your default view. From this window you can create, edit and
delete appointments for your customers.
If Appointment Manager has been disabled and you click the Appointment Manager function key, an error opens
telling you to enable Appointment Manager. You can enable Appointment Manager in POS Administrator.
To open the Appointment Manager window:
Open POS Terminal.1.
Click the 2. Appointment Manager function key.
The Appointment Manager window opens.
