Working with Appointment Manager
For more information on the options on the Appointment Manager tab, refer to the POS Administrator in-product
Help.
Appointment Manager Advanced features are only available when the Integrate with Table
Manager option is not selected. Otherwise the Appointment Manager will use Table Manager
advanced features.
Setting up Sales Reps (if not integrated with Table Manager)
Appointment Manager will be set up to make appointments for Sales Reps if the Appointment Manager is not
integrated with Table Manager. Before you can use the Appointment Manager, you need to:
In Accounts make sure that Sales Reps are set up as employees and that the Accounts employee record contains
a valid “User ID” before performing a Transfer Data from Accounts in POS Administrator.
Or
In POS Administrator Options - Security tab, set up new users with the role of “Sales Person.
