Working with Appointment Manager
When you enable appointment manager you will see a message telling you to add an Appointment Manager
function key to your keyboard layout on the POS Terminals that you want to have access to this feature.
By default the Appointment Manager is set up to use the Sales People list transferred from
Accounts.
(Optional) Enabling Appointment Manager to integrate with Table Manager
You have the option to enable the integration between Appointment Manager and Table Manager if you want to
make reservations for tables that you already set up in your Table Manager.
To enable the integration between appointment manager and table manager:
Open POS Administrator.1.
Go to the 2. Tools menu and click Options.
(optional) Click the 3. Table Manager tab, make sure that the Enable Table Manager option is selected.
Click the 4. Appointment Manager tab.
Click to select 5. Integreate with Table Manager (use Table Manager advanced features).
When you enable integration you will see a message telling you that you will not be able to view your
appointments, instead Appointment Manager will show table reservations.
