Using Table Manager
This section explains the basics of using Table Manager. For step-by-step instructions, refer to the POS Terminal in-
product Help.
Table Manager is ready to use when you have completed the following:
Enabled table manager (in POS Administrator)•
Set up table manager area layouts (in POS Terminal)•
Added the Table Manager function key (in POS Terminal)•
(optional) Added the Table Manager hold and retrieve transaction keys (in POS Terminal)•
Opening Table Manager
The Table Manager window opens displaying your default table area layout. From this window you can change
each table’s status, reserve tables, view reservations and switch to another area.
If Table Manager has been disabled and you click the Table Manager function key, an error opens telling you to
enable Table Manager. You can enable Table Manager in POS Administrator.
To open the Table Manager window:
Open POS Terminal.1.
Click the 2. Table Manager function key.
