Working with Table Manager
For more instructions on deleting tables, refer to the POS Terminal in-product Help or simply press F1 on the Design
Table Manager Layout window.
Table states
POS sets seven default states for you; Reserved, Free, Seated, Ordered, Served, Paid and Requires Cleaning. The
Reserved and Free states can’t be disabled or renamed and therefore do not appear in the Table Status Options
window accessible in POS Administrator. The other ve states can be disabled/enabled and renamed.
The following table describes each state:
Colour icon Status Description Editable - Yes or No
White Free The table has no customers or current reservation. No
Red Reserved The table has a current reservation. No
Yellow Seated The table has customers sitting at it however they have
not ordered.

Pink Ordered The customers at the table have ordered their food
however it has not been served yet.
Yes
Green Served The customers at the table have received their food. Yes
Blue Paid The customers have paid. Yes
Brown Requires Cleaning The table has been vacated and requires cleaning. Yes
To change any of the ve editable states in POS Administrator, go to Tools, click Options, then click the Table
Manager tab and click Change Table Status Options.
