Correcting an entry (F6)
If an item is entered in a transaction by mistake or the customer changes their mind:
Click the 1. Correct Entry (F6) function key.
Enter the item to be voided by product number, scan, barcode entry or product search to void this item from the 2.
transaction.
The item displays as a negative value on the transaction display and also prints on the customers receipt.
Applying a refund (F7)
If the customer returns items, perform a refund or refund/exchange.
Click the 1. Refund (F7) function key.
Enter the item refunded by product number, scan, barcode entry or product search.2.
Click the appropriate tender3. function key with which to refund the customer, e.g. Cash (F12).
Applying a Integrated EFTPOS Terminal refund
If the customer returns items that were purrchased using Integrated EFTPOS:
Click the 1. Refund (F7) function key.
Enter the item to be refunded by product number, scan, barcode entry or product search.2.
Click 3. Tender EFT (F10) function key. The amount is sent to the EFTPOS terminal.
Follow the prompts on the EFTPOS terminal to swipe the card, select the account type and enter the pin number 4.
(if required).
If the transaction is approved on the EFTPOS terminal press 5. OK/Yes to complete the transaction.
