Function key Description
Number Entry Allows you to enter a number, for example, serial number, within a transaction.
Percentage Discount Applies a percentage discount within a sale. POS Administrator creates a Percentage Discount item
within Accounts when the Accounts company  le is selected during setup.

Surcharge
Allows specialist surcharges (for example, a 10% surcharge on a restaurant bill during a public holiday).
Apply percentage surcharge either to a single item or the entire subtotal transaction.
Price Check Allows an operator to scan an item to check the price. A second scan of the same item will begin a
transaction.
Print Invoice Allows an invoice to be printed. This key is necessary when the Enforce Invoice Print option is turned
o in the Tender functions. Press this key to duplicate invoice at the customer’s request.
Print Receipt Prints a receipt when the Receipt On/O function is turned o or the customer requires a duplicate
receipt.
Product Price level Assigns the price level at which an item is sold. POS Terminal supports three price levels. To use this
function you must  rst click Price Level and select the item that is sold. The item is then sold at the
appropriate price level.
Product Price
Override
Overrides the price of an item. This function allows you to sell damaged or  oor inventory without
applying discounts.
Product Number This key can be used in many ways:
Press the Product Number key without entering a product number. Select the appropriate item from the Product
list.
Type a product number and press the Product Number key.
Assign a  xed product number to a key. Use this key to sell this preset product. This is often called a  xed PLU.
Assign a category to a key. Use this key to fast search only those items in this category.
