Choose LOCK FRAME LINE to either lock or unlock the frame lines to the image when being scaled. This feature is only necessary when employing frame lines. When frame lines are needed, first choose the desired frame line. Second, scale (size) the image to match the frame lines. Next, toggle LOCK FRAME LINE to ON. Now continue scaling (sizing) the locked image and frame lines to the desired size.
