2.2.1 Parts Containing an Opening or Hollow Area
Place the hollow side of a part facing down in the Build Bed to allow powder to evacuate during powder
removal. Depending on how the part is imported into ZPrint, you may need to use the Rotate feature to
correctly orient the part. Build parts that are delicate with a Fixture, to give them extra support and addi-
tional protection during powder removal. See Section 2.9 for instructions on how to create a Fixture.

2.2.2 Parts Containing Overhangs
For delicate parts and parts with overhangs, create a Fixture, or create a Fixture for the area of the part
that needs support. Unsupported overhangs are placed on the rear-most side of the Build Bed, as close to
the bottom of the Build Bed as possible. See Section 2.9 for instructions on how to create a Fixture.

2.2.3 Parts Containing Cylindrical Features
Cylindrical features will be more accurate when the cylindrical axis is parallel to the Z-Axis.
