5.2.5 Parts Containing Cylindrical Features

Cylindrical features will be more accurate when the cylindrical axis is parallel to the Z-Axis.

5.3 Opening and Selecting Files

5.3.1 Open Files In ZPrint

When you launch ZPrint, the Open dialog displays for you select a file to print. Use the Open dialog to load

a single Build file (.zbd, .bld), or one or more Part files, (.3ds, .wrl, .stl, .ply, .zpr, .gis, etc.), into ZPrint.

By default, when a file is opened or imported, ZPrint will:

• Warn you if any piece of the part falls out of Build Bed bounds. To change this option, see

Section 8.5.1 “General Tab”.

• Orient imported parts for the fastest print times. To change this option, see Section 8.5.3

“Import/Export Tab”.
