Selecting displays:
< Build UP > and < Build DN > keys toggle YES/NO
Note: YES means the printer will use the firmware
previously to that which was just loaded.
If < Feed UP > is pressed, MAIN MENU is displayed

YES will skip rezero (fast and slow axis, and
pistons) for the current session, also causes
the pistons to rezero on next powerup.
