CHAPTER 5: Operation
If you have many connected computers, you can do an alphabetic search of the
list of computer names by pressing [F3] and then entering the name that you want
to find.
When you select a computer, the Duo/Quadro will briefly confirm the computer
that has been selected by displaying a message like the one shown in Figure 5-9.

Sometimes the selected computer might not be able to be accessed. In that case,
the Duo/Quadro will display an error message like the one shown in Figure 5-10
and wait for the user to press [Esc] before continuing. Reasons why the Duo/
Quadro might not be able to connect include:
• The requested port is being accessed exclusively by another user.
• There are no free cascade links available.
• The requested port does not exist.
