Troubleshooting
Symptom Cause Measure to be taken
The machine does not
operate.
The power cord is
disconnected.
Insert the power cord plug all
the way.
Thebreakeris[OFF]. Turn[ON]thebreaker.
The heater roller is not
heated yet.
Wait until the rapid heating is
completed.
The edge of the paper is
displaced.
A laminate is attached to the
heater roller.
Remove the laminate.
The packing paper is not
attached properly.
Reattach the paper.
The error cannot be released
even after packing paper
hasbeenrelled.
The packing paper is not
passed through the paper
out sensors.
Pass the packing paper
through the paper out
sensors.
The print is so light even
after the ink ribbon has been
replaced with a new one.
The printer head is dirty. Clean the printer head.
