19. FOTA (Firmware Over The Air)
updating
Using the FOTA Upgrade tool you can update your
phone's software.
• On the left-most Home screen touch > About
phone > System updates, or touch > >
About phone > System updates.
• Touch Check for update, and the phone will search
for the latest software. If you want to update the
system, please touch the button Download, after it
done please touch Update now to complete the
upgrade. Then your phone's software will have the
latest version.
Hints:
1. During FOTA downloading or updating, do not
change your default storage location, to avoid errors
in locating the correct update packages.
2. Upgrading your phone software will not affect your
mobile phone data.
