Thisphoneisdesignedandmanufacturednottoexceed theemissionlimi tsforexposuretoradio
frequency(RF)energysetbytheFederalCommunicationsCommissionoftheUnitedStates.

DuringSARtesting,thisdevicewassettotransmitatitshighestcertifiedpowerlevelinall
tested
frequencybands,andplacedinpositionsthatsimulateRFexposureinusageagainsttheheadwithno
separation,andnearthebodywiththeseparationof10mm.AlthoughtheSARisdeterminedatthe
highestcertifiedpowerlevel,theactualSARlevelofthedevicewhileoperatingcanbe
wellbelowthe
maximumvalue. Thisisbecausethephoneisdesignedtooperateatmultiplepowerlevelssoasto
useonlythepowerrequiredtoreachthenetwork. Ingeneral,thecloseryouaretoawirelessbase
stationantenna,thelowerthepoweroutput.

