entities, regardless of place of incorporation, if any such claim arises from the
Product's sale, condition or performance. Notwithstanding the foregoing, neither this
warranty nor provision of any Product shall, in and of itself, provide for in persona
jurisdiction over any of COOLPAD's employees, contractors, agents, and/or other
representatives, or over its affiliated entities.
Severability
If any portion of this Limited Warranty is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such
partial illegality or unenforceability shall not affect the enforceability of the remainder of
the Limited Warranty.
