Before the node can be accessed using AquaManager, perform the following:
4. Create, or Open network;
5. Insert group;
6. Insert node(s);
A. Determine communication method;
B. Obtain 5X00 serial number(s);
7. Poll node to obtain current node conguration;
8. Complete conguration of node and Aquamanager features for your
application.
AquaManager Windows
Use the Explorer and Node Screens to access conguration forms. Certain con-
guration forms can be assessed in multiple ways. Access to conguration forms
is provided below.
Explorer Window
e Explorer Screen is displayed when AquaManager is launched. At the Explorer
Screen, the network tree is displayed. e tree includes network, group, and node
folder(s), along with node systems that are used for mapping. e tree is represented
in hierarchical format.
AquaManager
e following conguration and tasks are performed from the Explorer Screen:
- create, open, and export networks
- insert and congure nodes and groups
- edit and view map
- congure system wide properties
- print tree and printer setup
- exit program
- cut, copy, and nd node(s)
- delete node or group
- sort nodes in group
- expand and collapse tree view
- access network log les
- insert manual event and manual data into node
- password administration
- launch autopoller
- generate reports
- manual database maintenance
- launch update rmware utility
- congure window display format
