Remote-Pager Learn Routine More Button Functions (1) Time Setting Button PressedFor Function The Young Shin Electronics, Inc. system will allow up to three remotes to be programmed to one vehicle. Please perform the following procedure to add or reprogram additional remotes. 2 sec STEP 1 Tones will sound for confirmation STEP 2 STEP 3 STEP 4 1/2 sec Time setting is on. The numbers will flash, and tones will sound. 1/2 sec Change hour. 1/2 sec Change minutes. 2 sec Time setting is off.
Dual Stage Shock Sensor Press Buttons for 2 seconds to activate or deactivate the dual stage shock sensor. The dual stage shock sensor will activate in 30 seconds after the CompuStar alarm mode is armed. Canceling Reservation Mode If you do not want to set reservation mode, shut off the engine before you exit the vehicle. The engine will shut off for the following reasons: Trunk Release Press Button for 2 seconds in order to unlock and release your trunk. Note that, the trunk release function will not only release the trunk, but will unlock all the doors as well. Query Function Your vehicle is now ready for auto-starting.
Valet Mode RPS (Remote Paging System) While the vehicle is in valet mode, only the keyless entry function will be available. Valet Mode is very useful when loaning your vehicle or having it serviced. In order to enter Valet mode, press Buttons simultaneously for a 1/2 second. In order to manually enter Valet Mode, insert your key into the ignition and turn five times within 10 seconds. the ignition on, then off, You can exit Valet Mode only by pressing Buttons simultaneously for a 1/2 second.
Passive locking means the door will lock when the system passively arms. In the default factory setting, the system is armed and locked actively, which means the system will only arm/lock when the remote-pager is utilized. OPTIONAL INSTALLATION FEATURES The Young Shin Electronics, Inc 2WAMR remote-pager has additional features and expansion possibilities that may require additional parts and labor. Cold Start Mode Turbo Mode you can turn this feature on and off by pressing Buttons for a 1/2 second.
