The warm air from the top mounted fan is blown up away from the structure and any landscaping. This allows compact location on multi-unit applications. • Condenser Coil Grille - All models utilize a stamped “Louvered” design which provides superior impact protection against smaller objects during transit and after installation.

Bearings shall be sealed and permanently lubricated for longer life and no maintenance. Fan assembly shall be “Slip Track” (slide-out) design for easy removal and cleaning.
