CO2 Footprint Report Macro
This macro displays a report of CO2 emissions for one or all datacenters in relation with
the reference values for the existing energy feeds.
Parameters
 datacenter: the datacenter global unique identifier for which the report should be generated.
This is an optional parameter. If it's not specified, then the report will contain all datacenters.
