Other problems
Unmount all equipment, then re-mount ensuring the hot-foot is pressed fully in. .
Replace the batteries in the 622s. Make no assumptions.
Reset the 622s to factory default settings. (Hold [CH SET] and [GP Set] until the Status
indicator flashes red/green three times, then release.
If your camera has suitable menus, then instal the Speedlite firectkly on the camera, and
use "Clear Speedlite Settings", which reset most main and C.Fn settings.
Install the hot-shoe flash on the camera directly and clear the custom functions of external
flash, then install it on the 622 again.
Reset the factory settings of the camera.
