1. Your alarm device must be 12 VDC, maximum 400mA working current, non-smart, and funconal
2. Wire nuts (twist-on connectors) are the recommended wire splicing method. Other methods may
be acceptable as long as they provide a secure electrical connecon, with no exposed conductors
