2.9 Saving the Display Settings
Display Settings
You can save the display data file and event data file display settings to a file. You can
then display a data file with the display settings that you previously saved. The following
display settings can be saved:
Print comment The background and grid color
of the waveform display area
Cursor A and Cursor B positions

Y-axis zone setting
ON/OFF condition of the clipping of the The active waveform
displayed waveform
Settings specied in the General Display Settings The height of the color overview
of each group
Mark information The width of the zone display
area of each group
Zoom rate of the time axis Show/Hide condition of the zone
display area
Display mode of the time axis (absolute/relative) Selected group
Waveform display area ON/OFF condition of the alarm
display
Grid type Position of the display screen
The channel identication string mode (channel/tag/tag number)
ON/OFF condition of le information items (see section 2.1)
1 If there is only one cursor (cursor A or B) in the data, the cursor positions of cursor A and B
are saved as the position of that cursor.
Viewing Data Files
When One File Is Opened
When you open a display data file or an event data file, the saved display settings are
applied to display the file. If you do not want to apply the saved display settings, delete
the display settings file, and then open the data file.
When an .ldx File Is Opened
The display settings and the file link settings are applied, and the linked files are
displayed.
When Files Are Linked
The .ldx file is displayed as-is.
