● Setting a special unit
A special unit of flowrate which is not found in the choices in parameter B40 can be set and used with
these parameters.
Example: Setting the special unit ‘Sm

<2> In parameter C31, set the basic unit (m

in this case).
<3> In parameter C32, specify the coefficient of conversion from the basic unit (for example,
×0.95).
