2.3.2 Linking Files from a Dialog Box
You can link data files using the File Configuration dialog box.
You can link previous and subsequent data files while looking at the status of the displayed
data file.
Procedure
1
Open the first file that you want to link.
From the Window menu, click File Conguration.
The File Conguration dialog box appears.
Link icons are displayed next to the les that comprise the data le that is currently displayed.
Click Make.

Link the previous file.

The link candidate les is displayed.

Click Prev, Next, or All to link the appropriate files.

The relevant les will be linked together.
Explanation
The File Configuration dialog box shows the folder containing active data files and the
information of those files.
File Configuration
The background of the names of active data files is gray, and link icons are shown next
to the names.
Duplicate Data Files
You can identify duplicate data files in the same folder (files with different names that contain
the same data).
The background of the names of duplicate data files is orange.
