For INT32 or INT16, only the mantissa of the measured/computed data is acquired. The
decimal place must be obtained separately.

can be acquired.
The FLOAT and INT32 data domains are set so that they can only be accessed (read/write)
by the unit of two registers.
Alarm statuses are output in the same format as those described in se
ction 2.3, “Binary
Output.”
