Thank you for purchasing the YOKOGAWA µR10000/µR20000 Recorder.
This user’s manual describes the functions of the Ethernet interface and the RS-
422A/485 communication interface. To ensure correct use, please read this manual
thoroughly before beginning operation.
After reading the manual, keep it in a convenient location for quick reference whenever a
question arises during operation.
The following five manuals, including this one, are provided as manuals for the µR10000/
µR20000 Recorder. Please read all of them.
The figures used in this manual are mostly of the µR10000. If you are using the
µR20000, refer to the figures for reference.
