7.5 Disassembly Procedure (Dot Model)

Ribbon Feed Motor (B9906GL) [Item 22 on page 6-20]

Ribbon Feed Gear (B9906GN, B9901HM, B9901HN) [Items 19 to 21 on page 6-20]

1. Remove the internal unit.

2. Remove the Ribbon Feed Motor cable from the Dot Driver PCB (CN5).

3. Remove the three pins and four screws that secure the Plate, then remove the

Plate.

4. Remove the latch from the Holder Lock on the left panel, then slide it to the right

side and remove the Holder Lock.
