Testing

Keys

● Procedures

1. Turn ON the power switch while pressing the

keys. Menu =

A/D Adjust is displayed.

2. Select Menu = Test, and press the

key.

3. Choose Test = Key and press the key.

Confirm that the appropriate box turns On or OFF when each key is pressed.

The box of the display corresponds to the order of the keys.

Press the

ESC/?

key twice to return to the Test = Key screen.

Enter 2 ESC, Out.

* Select using the key. You can hold down the SHIFT key while pressing key to reverse the

key’s action.

Power Supply Frequency Detection

● Procedures

1. Turn ON the power switch while pressing the

keys. Menu =

A/D Adjust is displayed.

2. Select Menu = Test, and press the

key.

3. Choose Test = Frequency and press the key.

The detected power supply frequency is displayed. Confirm that it matches the

actual power supply frequency.

50.0Hz

* Select using the key. You can hold down the SHIFT key while pressing key to reverse the

key’s action.

Battery Backup

● Procedures

1. Set the date and time on the recorder. Also, set an arbitrary channel to the 20

mV range.

2. Turn OFF the power switch.

3. Turn ON the power after approximately one minute, then check that the set

date, time, and range are not initialized.
