2. Product description The RF20M (EXmatic 450) is a pneumatic control unit for retractable fittings such as EXtract. With the RF20M (EXmatic 450) it is possible to drive the retractable fitting from position "maintenance" into the position "Service" and back again. The reached positions are acknowledged over pneumatic feedback. Pneumatic valves are used to control the rinsing solutions. During the rinsing of the electrode, pneumatic signals open a rinsing- and a drain valve. 3.

Installation of the RF20M (EXmatic 450) 4.1 Delivery scope The control unit is inspected in the factory and delivered ready for installation in a packaging which optimally protects the control. The delivery consists of: • control unit RF20M (EXmatic 450) • key for control cabinet • operating instructions Connect the tubing for the supply air at the lower surface of the RF20M (EXmatic 450) (A).
6. Functions To operate the RF20M (EXmatic 450), turn the black switch on the front side. The lights will indicate the position feedback of the retractable fitting. In order to start a cleaning, you operate one of the push-buttons. Operate the push-button "Cleaning I" and the valve of the first cleaning solution will open. With the push button "Cleaning II" the valve of the second cleaning solution is opened. The duration of the cleaning is controlled by the push buttons. 7. Material 7.
