Function FIFO Function
Set the RJC used on the channel. Stop setRJCTypeMX
Set the filter. Stop setFilterMX
Set the burnout detection action. Stop setBurnoutMX

to which an alarm output was specified.
(To set a DO channel to alarm output, use
