In this Chapter, the names and functions of components are described for the major equipment of

the EXAxt ZR Separate type Zirconia Oxygen Analyzer.

6.1 ZR22G Detector

6.1.1 General-purpose Detector (except for ZR22G-015)

Probe

This part is inserted in the furnace.

Select length from 0.4, 0.7, 1.0,

1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.6, 4.2, 4.8 or 5.4 m.

Flange

Used to mount the detector.

Select from JIS, ANSI, JPI or DIN

standard models.
