Debugger (GCUD)
1. Overview of GCUD
This chapter outlines the GCUD and the basic matters that you must know before operating the
GCUD.
What is the GCUD?
“GCUD” is provided when the GC8000 with the user program function is purchased.
You can debug and edit scripts for user program function.
Executing GCUD
Since the GCUD is executed of ine, set up the required gas chromatogram data before
executing the GCUD. Gas chromatogram data that has been set up will be automatically saved
to an I/F data le. It can also be exported to or imported from the I/F data le at any time.
GCUD les
Script le (*.ymb):
This is a GCUD execution script le.
GCM setting data le (*.gms):
This le has a one-to-one relation to a script le (having the same le name) and cannot be
saved by users.
GCM setting data export le (*.if):
This le is used when GCM settings are exported.
The contents are the same as a GCM setting data le, but a le name can be speci ed by the
user. It can also be imported as necessary.
