1. Outline

ASGW is software which serves as a gateway in the Ethernet analyzer bus system to enhance

communication between the GC8000, GC1000 MarkII or ASIU (hereafter called “analyzer”) and

DCS.FCJisusedasitshardwarecomponent.

ASGW controls the Modbus protocol communication between multiple analyzers and DCS and

improvesengineeringefciencyandcommunicationperformance.

ASGWhastwotypeinterfaces:ModbusTCPEthernetoneportandModbusRTUserial.

Modbus mapping is realized with address table and programming is not necessary.
