n Retrieving (Opening) Files
Follow the procedure below to retrieve saved les in a le reference window.
l Procedure
(1) Open the le reference window appropriate for the desired analysis results acquisition
window. Click on the [Open] command in the [File] menu or the
button on the toolbar.
A dialog box pops up asking you to specify the le to be retrieved.

(2) Click on the le name and then the [OK] button.
The le is retrieved and thus the saved data is shown in the le reference window.
• Zero and negative numbers cannot be displayed correctly on a logarithmic scale.
Always select the linear scale for data including zero or negative numbers.
TIP
The data of an opened le can be processed.

n Closing Files in a File Reference Window
If you no longer need les retrieved onto a le reference window, close them taking the following
procedure.
l Procedure
Open the le reference window for the le you want to close. Click on the [Close] command in the
[File] menu. The le closes.
TIP
• If you have made any changes to the le, a dialog box pops up to ask if you want to save the changes. Click
on the [Yes] button to close the box.

• Only one le can be opened in one le reference window. If you open another le, the previous le closes
automatically.
