(7) CurrentLinkSettingRecord and
ConguredLinkSettingsRecord
CurrentLinkSettingRecord indicates the
bus parameter settings currently used.
ConguredLinkSettingsRecord indicates the
bus parameter settings to be used when the
device becomes the LAS. Thus, when a device
is the LAS, its CurrentLinkSettingRecord and
ConguredLinkSettingsRecord have the same
values.
