Device Tool
 Introduction
Thistoolisasoftwareapplicationforsettingtoeldwirelessdevicesinformationrequiredtojoin
thedevicesineldwirelessnetworks.
Thissoftwaresetsparameterstotheeldwirelessdevicesbyinfraredcommunication.A
separate infrared communication adapter is required.
Provisioningisthetaskofsettingsecurityinformationandnetworkinformationrequiredforeld
wirelessdevicestojoineldwirelessnetworks.
Please refer to YFGW Field Wireless Gateway.
At application screens, FieldMate Provisioning Device Tool is indicated “FMPDTool.”
 Startup
StartuptheFieldMateProvisioningDeviceToolbyselecting[Start]→[Allprograms]→
[YOKOGAWAFieldMate]→[Tools]→[ProvisioningDeviceTool].
When started up, the Login screen will be displayed. (Figure App -F-1)
Log in with the user ID created using the FieldMate user administrative function. This login user
should be the same as the user of the <Provisioning Log> tab screen.
