7.2 Analog Signal Field Loop Check
1.Toperformaeldloopcheckoftheanalogoutputsignals,followthesoftwaremapbelow.
Ensure properly calibrated multi-meter and read instructions fully before starting this operation.
The Multi-meter on analog mode should be connected to the appropriate terminals and with
correct polarity to prevent damage.

TheTDLS220analyzerhasbeendesignedwithextensivedatareportingcapabilities.Alldatais
availableintheanalyzerasatextleforimportintoaspreadsheetforanalysis
Data stored in the analyzer:
• Results.Everymeasurementthegasconcentration,transmission,diagnosticdataarestored.
• Spectra.Theanalyzerrecordsspectraatatimedinterval,intheeventofananalyzerwarningor
fault(includingconcentrationvalues)andmanuallyviatheuserinterface.
• CalibrationHistoryisstoredduringeverycalibrationorvalidationevent.
• AlarmFaultHistory
• EventsHistorywhichincludesanychangesmadetothesystemsettings
AlldatacanberetrievedusingaUSBashdrive(attheanalyzer),viatheRIU,oroveranEthernet
connection. If opening the protective enclosure is not desired for safety reasons, end user can install
approvedhermeticEthernetandUSBthroughputsontheboxglands.SeebelowforUSBdata
