Foreword Thank you for purchasing the CX1000/CX2000. This user’s manual describes an additional computation operators for carbon potential of heat treatment. Please refer to IM CX1000-S33E for the other special functions. Please refer to the following IM for standard functions. - CX1000/CX2000Users’ Manual (IM04L31A01-01E, IM04L31A01-03E) - CX1000/CX2000 Communication Users’ Manual (IM04L31A01-17E) - DAQSTANDARD Users’ Manual (IM04L31A01-61E) 1. Overview The following functions are expanded.
2. CP Operator There are two CP computation operators to compute CP value (wt %) in furnace atmosphere for CX1000/CX2000-S35. 1. _SC01: CP value computation with Zirconium electromotive force. 2. _SC02: CP value computation by CO2 partial pressure. Note - Available data in _SC01 (_SC02) computation expression: Measurement data, control measurement data, constant for measurement/control data.
3. CP Operator Setting Example A setting example of CP value control of loop 1 is as follows. - Press “MENU” key and press soft key corresponding to “Control math setting”> ”PV/SP math…”. Set the following items - Loop number: 1 - PV/SP: PV, - Mode: On, - Calculation expression: _SC(01.02.03), - PV range Figure 1 _SC operator setting Note - In computation expression setting, there is no _SC01, _SC02. Please select _SC and input 01(02) after _SC.
4. Communication Command The followings are additional specification that related to CP operators. MT: Sets the control computation equation Syntax: MT p1,p2,p3,p4,p5,p6,p7,p8 (,p9,p10) p4: Equation _SC01 (02) operator can be used in computation expression. M0: Sets the measurement computation equation Syntax: MO p1,p2,p3,p4,p5,p6,p7 p3: Equation _SC01 (02) operator can be used in computation expression.
5.DAQSTANDARD PC Software The items that related to CP operators can be set beside the standard DAQSTADARD functions and special functions that are described in IM CX1000-S33E. 5.1 Hardware Setting System configuration For the case of configuring new setting, set the system configuration according to product specification. [Product specification] -Type, -channel, loop, -Ver3.02 or later*1, -Math Func., -Serial, -Media, -Alarm Relay, -Option, -Program, -Custom Spec.*2 *1: Check radio button of Ver3.
CP operator setting in computation expression CP operators (_SC01, _SC02) are available in measurement/control computation.
