Program Operatin Mode Output
The FH command is used to output the data.
The status of the program operation mode is output. The status is indicated using 32
bits that are divided into 4 groups of 8 bits.

The status of each bit indicates the status of the program operation
mode.
Bit 0 status 0: reset, 1: Frun
Bit 1 status 0: Not holding, 1: Holding
Bit 2 status 0: Not waiting, 1: Waiting
