5.4 Instrument Information Output Format
This section describes the instrument information output format of the instrument
information server.

Response
The response packet will contain parameter values according to the following format.

The MV returns the parameter values in order as specified by the command
parameter.
The output order of the parameters is not fixed when
all
is specified.
If the same parameter is specified multiple times, the MV returns a response only
to the first one.
Lower-case characters are used for parameters.
An underscore (
_
) indicates a space.
The following table shows the parameter types.
