Print preview
Procedure
The print layout can be seen before printing.
1.
Select File > Print preview from the menu bar or click the “Preview” icon.
Preview
The preview screen is displayed.
2.
Confirm the print layout.
Note
• The print image for the specified range is displayed on the preview screen.
• See the instruction manual of the used system for the print preview operation.
Printing
Procedure
1.
Select File > Print from the menu bar or click the “Print” icon.
Print
The “Print” dialog box is displayed.
2.
Click the [OK] button after setting the printer, the print range, and the number of
copies.
