8.6.1.1 Format HDD
1. Press《▲》, 《▼》, 《 》 or《X》button to move to the desired password number.
2. Press《 》button enter password（must be 6 digits）.
3. After entering 6 digits password, use《▲》/《▼》/《 》/《X》button to move
the cursor to “Enter”.
4. Press《 》button to confirm password.
5. Press《MENU 》button to exit “Format HDD” selection.
When password entered is incorrect, the screen will display “Incorrect Password” (Fig 1),
and when password entered is correct , the screen will display the message “HDD Was
Formatted” (Fig 2 & Fig 3) , indicates hard disk format is successful and returns to “HARD
DRIVE SETUP” selection.
Default Password: 111111
